Guatemalan President Alvaro Colom met with Secretary of State Hillary Clinton yesterday in Washington, DC.   We have received confirmation from the Guatemalan Embassy in Washington, DC that “adoptions in general” were discussed.  The Guatemalan 900 asked the US Department of State to place the pending grandfathered cases specifically on the agenda, but we have no confirmation thus far as to whether it was discussed and if so, did any sort of action come of it.  We will post more on this website as we learn more….
